We want to thank you both for the great job you did building our new house on Dundalk Drive. It turned out to be a very enjoyable experience and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Your expertise allowed us to get many nice upgrades and still stay within our budget.
Since this was our first time building a house we were, of course, a little nervous about the whole process. However, after choosing you as our contractor, things moved along smoothly. Your ongoing communication enabled us to keep up with things and work out all issues on a timely basis. We will definitely use you again when we decided to build our next house.
I have no doubt that MyddeltonParker will be one of the top builders in Tallahassee for many years to come.

I recently purchased a home built by MyddeltonParker Builders in the new neighborhood Bull Run in Tallahassee. I come from a family of builders going all the way back to my great grandfather and I have had a hard time finding a builder who actually built a home in which I felt like I was getting a good value for. Because my father, who owns a construction company in Nashville Tennessee, was not able to come to Tallahassee to build my new home, I was forced to find a good quality home built by someone else. Whether it was from there just not being enough good contractors in this area or whether the recent years new home construction boom I have had very little success in finding a good quality built home. That all changed when my wife showed me the house being built by John and Jake in Bull Run. We immediately fell in love with the creativeness of the home and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the construction. I see so many shortcuts being taken by so many builders but after walking through the home for about an hour I immediately knew that these were the guys who I wanted to have build my home. To top everything off, they were very good about taking care of any issues that arose after the sale and if I had to build another home this very day I would I wouldn't hesitate to call them to do it all over again.- Samuel L.
